Remanufacture

A remanufactured cylinder offers the same quality and long-term reliability as a new unit

With decades of experiences we have perfected our remanufacture process. Whether it's a simple re-seal or a complete cylinder re-build, we have all the tools necessary to repair your cylinders in hours. We advise on repairs on a case-by-case basis, and only replace damaged parts to keep your costs to an absolute minimum.

Disassembly
Showan's has invested in specialised equipment for disassembling hydraulic cylinders.
Assessment
Each cylinder is assessed, component by component, to accurately determine the extent of the damage.
Remanufacture
All damaged parts will be remanufactured to produced a fully refurbished cylinder.
Reseal
All seals and wearings are replaced as standard practice to guarantee efficient cylinder operation.
Testing
Each cylinder undergoes rigorous testing to ensure flawless performance.
Spraying
Each cylinder is resprayed with a protective coating to prevent corrosion and wear.
